Stephanie Zea

Ten years ago if someone had said to Stephanie Zea that she would be running her own bookkeeping business, she would have been the first to laugh.  But it’s true that today she is incredibly comfortable and inspired by her accounting work with several non-profit organizations, small retail and professional services businesses on beautiful South Whidbey Island.   She will tell you that all of her experiences have brought her to this place, on this path and she embraces the journey.

 As a former retail shop owner and self-taught bookkeeper, Stephanie knows first- hand that every business owner needs to have a good grasp of the financials in order to make educated decisions.  She likes to say that she is helping her clients grow their own businesses one reconciliation at a time.  And the best part is, most days she can achieve that goal at home.  A good day of bookkeeping usually consists of padding to her office in the wee morning hours, cup of tea in hand, kitty asleep in the window sill, looking over her garden, listening to the BBC.
