Women Take Wing! Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same.

A.    All materials contained on the Site, including by not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software, together with the compilation of all content on the Site, is the exclusive property of Women Take Wing! B.    No person is authorized to use, copy or distribute any portion the Site including related graphics, without the prior written authorization of Women Take Wing! Inc.

C.    Women Take Wing! and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the Site are trademarks/service marks that identify Women Take Wing! Inc. and the goods and/or services provided by Women Take Wing! Inc.  Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of Women Take Wing! Inc.

Links to Third-Party Site
Women Take Wing! Inc. may provide hyperlinks to third-party Sites as a convenience to users of the Site. Women Take Wing! Inc. does not control third-party Sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party Sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to Site. Women Take Wing! Inc. does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party Site hyperlinked from the Site. Women Take Wing! Inc. will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

Member Accounts
When setting up your membership and/or user account, you agree to (1) provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the appropriate registration form, (2) maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete, and (3) comply with this Terms of Use Agreement.  You may correct, change or update your information by emailing Women Take Wing! Inc. at membership@womentakewing.com.  You acknowledge that if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your membership and/or user account with no refund of membership fees. If terminated, your information including but not limited to your bio page and directory listing, may be removed.

Sweepstakes and Contests
From time to time, we may offer and/or co-sponsor contests, sweepstakes and games on the Site.  Each of these activities shall be governed by specific rules accessible from the pages of the Site offering the promotion.

Use of Communications Services and Site Conduct
The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, blogs, forums, communities, personal web pages, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communications Services”).  Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to use the Communication Services in a respectful fashion.  You agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:  Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services and to suspend or terminate your membership at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever, with no refund of membership fees. If your access to any or all of the Communiction Services is suspended or your membership is terminated, your information including but not limited to your bio page and directory listing, may be removed.

This Site is intended to be used for lawful purposes only.  You may not engage in any activity on the Site that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website by means of “hacking,” “cracking,” “spoofing” or defacing any portion of the Site.

Women Take Wing! Inc. and its affiliates try to be as accurate as possible in describing products and services offered for sale to users.  However, Women Take Wing! Inc. is not as described, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return the product, postage or shipping prepaid, in unused condition.
